Day 1: Travel from Kampala to Kidepo Valley National Park on road

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your safari guide or driver to begin your journey to Kidepo Valley National Park (approx. 11 hours’ drive). Be up real early because your adventure will start at exactly 6:00 a.m. You will have a stop for lunch and continue with your journey to Kidepo Valley. Upon your arrival in Kidepo Valley, you will check into your safari lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Get some time to rest from the exhausting day of travel.

DAY 3: Hiking and Cultural tour in Kidepo valley

Return to the lodge for lunch after taking plenty of pictures and enjoying a remarkable scenic view atop Lomeji.

Later in the evening, you will have an awesome cultural encounter with the endangered tribe of the IK, get to interact with them and learn their ways of life, and continue with your day, winding up with a relaxing nature walk to Kanangorok Hot Springs with some of the most beautiful landscapes and common ground for spotting lots of ostriches.
